SAE 37 flare flange connection system
37° Flare Flange connection System is based on flaring the pipe ends to 37˚ and flare flange clamps and internal cones. The O-ring face on 37-degree cone with o-ring seal, mating to flat face cone(counter flange head). Both internal cones have a back-up o-rings seal.

37 flanged connector system is utilizing this orbital tube forming technology for tubing assemblies from 38 to 140 mm outside diameter. It is intended for tube wall thicknesses up to 9 mm and pressure ratings up to 420 bar. This flange system corresponds to hole patterns according to ISO 6162–1; SAE J518; bore pattern 3000 (code 61), ISO 6162-2.
