Weld on banjo fittings is designed with banjo head as per DIN 7642 standard, it is made from hot forging or cold forging, steel bar material, carbon steel Q235 and C20, stainless steel 304 and 316L. Weldable fitting connection types include weld on/ braze on, socket weld on and butt weld. Surface finished is self-color with anti-rust oil, it will be welded with hydraulic tube or pipe for rigid stronger connection.
