1. Definition of Metric oil Plugs(ISO 6149-4:2017 version) and Caps are commonly used in high pressure hydraulic system, plug is male metric stud to connect valves, manifold block, oil drain port etc, there are two sealing by O-ring and ED ring. DIN caps is consist of nut, DKO plug for stopping pipe ends.
2. Methods of Metric oil plugs assembly as per types: Male stud end with external Hex and internal Hex port plug for ISO 9974 Flat Face Sealing and ISO 6149 O-ring Sealing port, all metric threads is as per ISO 261 standard. Because it is easy to stop or terminate the oil pipe line with one end connector.
