BSPP 60 degree Cone hose fittings is designed by ISO 12151-6, but SAE J516 doesn’t has this section.It is Hydraulic Hose fittings with ISO 8434-6 60° cone ends.
ISO 12151-6 types of Hose fittings with ISO 8434-6 60° cone ends as follow:
Dimensions of male hose fittings — Straight (S)
Dimensions of female swivel hose fittings — Straight (SWSA and SWSB)
Dimensions of female swivel hose fittings — 45° elbow (SWE45A and SWE45B)
Dimensions of female swivel hose fittings — 90° elbow (SWEA and SWEB)
ISO 12151-6 specifies the general and dimensional requirements for the design and performance of hose fittings made of carbon steel with 60° cone ends for hose sizes 5 to 51 inclusive, in accordance with ISO 4397.
The ISO 12151-6 rated pressure of the hose fitting shall be verified through testing conducted in accordance with ISO 19879, but the entire hose assembly shall be tested in accordance with ISO 6605. During the cyclic endurance test, the hose assembly shall be subjected to the number of cycles specified in the relevant hose specification.
