ISO 6164 Flange clamps shall be designated by:
a) “clamp”, as appropriate;
b) reference to this document, followed by a spaced hyphen;
c) the DN size designation, separated by a multiplication symbol without spacing.
EXAMPLE Square flange clamp size DN 32
Clamp ISO 6164 — FC×32
ISO 6164 Flange ports shall be designated by:
a) “port”;
b) reference to this document, followed by a spaced hyphen;
c) flange size of related connector, without the DN size designation.
EXAMPLE Port for a flange connection of size 70
Port ISO 6164 — P70
ISO 6164 Flanged heads shall be designated by:
a) “head”;
b) ISO 6164 followed by a spaced hyphen;
c) FHG (with groove) or FH (without groove) and the DN size designation, separated by a multiplication
symbol without spacing.
