SAE ORB hydraulic fittings is use for connecting hydraulic line fittings, manifold and valve with o-ring seal in chamfer contact, thread types of ORB fittings port such as SAE ORB UNF thread port ISO 11926-1; SAE ORB Metric port ISO 6149-1; JIS ORB PF thread o-ring port; BSPP thread o-ring port BS5380. It is male orb stud end to female port, O-ring boss fitting chart is designed as per SAE, JIS, BS and ISO standard.

o-ring face seal hydraulic fittings is different from orb fitting size, it is o-ring face seal(ORFS to tube end) vs o-ring boss(ORB to port end). We offer steel hydraulic adapters in parker orb fittings. O-Ring Boss: The threads of the SAE straight thread O-Ring Boss (ORB) and the straight thread 37degree JIC Flare are the same threads. The difference is the way each thread seals. While the JIC seals on a metal-to-metal flare, the ORB seals on an O-ring, which offers the best leak free connection.
