SAE Split Flange hydraulic hose fittings system
Hydraulic split flange fittings is used to connect the flexible hose, adapter to rigid tube and pipe by 4 bolt flange clamp system. Hydraulic flange hose fittings is designed a flanged head, groove for o-rings seal, hose fittings end is crimped with ferrule for biting hydraulic hoses. SAE split flange halves to clamp the flanged head by tightening 4 bolts.
Hyraulic hose flange fittings is connect to SAE J518 flange port dimensions chart such as blocks, 4 bolts weld flange, 4 bolt tube connector flange etc. It is seal by two types: 1 is code 61 flange o-ring size, 2 is code 62 flange o-ring size. Clamp flange fittings also need washers, o-rings, nuts,caps etc. SAE flange clamps have two types: 1 is split flange halves, one pair to clamp flanged head; 2 is One-piece flange clamps with 4 bolts hole to fix flange head.
Split flange type of hose fittings has two types: SAE 61 code split flange halves end with 3000 psi working pressure, to crimped or swaged hydraulic hoses and fittings by ferrule; SAE code 62 split flange halves end with 6000 psi working pressure, to crimped or swaged hydraulic hoses and fittings by ferrule.
Jiayuan offer connection end types from split flange to hose fittings, shape types have straight, elvow, 45 degree elbow, long size etc; Split flange ends is according to ISO 6162-1 and ISO 6162-2; Hose fittings which according to ISO 12151 series to hydraulic hoses which according to SAE 100R.
