SAE Split Flange hydraulic plugs and caps system
Hydraulic split flange plugs and caps is used in sae flange block port and flange head adapters. Therer are code 61 and code 62 flange working pressure system. These types of SAE flange fittings are most commonly used in the construction equipment market.
Split flange port plugs are designed for pressure and leak testing components, and used in permanent application when SAE flange block port needs to be capped off under full system pressure. SAE flange plug is according to ISO 6162 and SAE J518 standards, but Caterpillar style split flange plugs is difference.
