SAE J514 JIC fittings specification for torque value is related to the burst test. Three of the test assemblies that had been subjected to the proof test in 15.1.1 shall be used for the burst test. The test shall be conducted in accordance with the burst test procedure specified in ISO 19879 and at the minimum torque values
